RETURN POLICY

  • For a full refund to your original payment method, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return by mail

  • Please note, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item

  • If an item arrives damaged please email us with a photo of the item and we will be happy to issue a full refund!

  • Please check the size chart associated with each listing or send us an email if you have questions about sizing

  • TO MAKE A RETURN:
    • Please reach out to us at info@stylethreadsstudio.com to request your return. Please include your order number in the email. 
    • You will be sent a return label. Please affix this to your return package and drop it in the mail using the logistics provider stated on your label. 
    • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive your return. 
    • Once your return is received and checked for quality, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
    • Please allow for 1-3 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your payment method.

    EXCHANGES

    • Unfortunately, since all of our items are made-to-order, we do NOT accept exchanges. You may return your order for a full refund and place a new order in the size and/or item that you had wished to exchange for. 

    CANCELLATIONS

    • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order
    • Once an order begins production, the order is not eligible to be cancelled
